Book Review: A Willing Mind & A Heart to Fear Him

On Saturday, I completed a really good short book.  It would probably take a good reader on evening to read.  It has 112 pages and probably should take about 3 1/2 hrs to read.  I on the other hand was receiving such good things out of the book that it took me a couple days to read it.  I would read and re-read sections.  It also helped in the preparation of a couple sermons.  That is always a good thing when you get sermon material from a book.  It shows that there was some good content in the book.  I'm going to include the intro to the book in my review for your reading pleasure.

We've all seen people pay terrific consequences for decisions made while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  What a waste!  A lifetime of suffering may be the result of a mistake made while judgement was impaired.  Everyone can see the folly.

What about born again Christians who make unwise choices?  Sometimes whole families are affected, with tragic results.  How does it happen?  What are they thinking?
