Book Review: Dominion Praying by Jonathan Suber
In his book Dominion Praying, Jonathan Suber attempts to encourage individuals to pray dominion prayers. He uses military analogies to prove his points and are somewhat effective. It is a small read. It only contains 37 pages of written text. A really good reader could read this book in one setting. One section I lived especially was where It talked about praying in agreement with the Word for various areas of your life such as; Your Family, Your Finances, Your Health, & Your Destiny. He also talked about a four fold plan of prayer; Prayers, Supplication, Giving Thanks, and Intercession. I wish the book went more in depth in a commentary approach to the scriptures, however the writer really outlined his thought and inserted scriptures. However, the book is only 37 pages long, I'm not sure that I should have expected the answer to world peace to be explained in this small book, but I was somewhat disappointed. I would still encourage you to pick it up it only sales for $5.00. I actually picked it up on clearance at the Pentecostal Publishing House book a year ago for $1.00. Jonathan Suber has a ministry website and it is http://www.suberministrygroup.com/, please enjoy.
